Rates: I charge 45.00 per hour for new web site design and existing web site rebuilds. New sites run about 60.00 a page for the first 4 pages, but the pages added after that typically run less. A lot depends on the complexity of the site and how much designing and writing I need to do. Once the site is complete I charge 36.00 per hour for maintenance. I charge by the minute for edits with no minimum required, billed when the small edits add up to an hour or more.
